Noise cancellation is great, it is comfy and it sounds good. Both my PC and my phone is connected to it and I simultaneously switched it whenever I use it. I would recommend it.

I never tried the new Sony line of the noise cancelling headphones but I was pleasantly surprised. However, I feel like using them to talk on the phone is not so good, the other person has trouble hearing me when it is noisy around me. Also it comes with a bag and an airplane adapter and a cable which is very convenient.

Amazing headphones

I had purchased them for my vacation to Europe, and many they cancelled out all the noise around me, on the plane, at the airports and it was great!!! Even my tech opposed father enjoyed them

I took a shot in the dark and bought him these headphones as a gift, but he enjoyed them so much that he wanted a replacement pair when he lost the originals on a trip. Since then I bought myself the earbud version wf 1000xm4 and my girlfrield also has the WH-1000XM4. We are all very satisfied. While I don't consider myself an audiophile, I think these headphones sound great for a middle of the road pair, and the noise cancelling is excellent. I have always had a hard time with over the ear headphones as they make my head uncomfortable after even short amounts of wear, but I found these headphones to be as comfortable as any I have tried.

To improve the responsiveness, make sure you are using the flat part of your finger to tap and swipe, and not just the fingertip.
