They come with a free 3 month trial to HIFI services, (you get to choose which one). These services' audio quality are so much better than Spotify, and you can actually tell the difference when listening with these headphones. The noise canceling is amazing. I bought them since I'm in grad school and sometimes the kids are loud in the house and don't let me focus. I cant hear anything with these and am able to concentrate on my work.

Best Noise Cancelling Headphones

I am currently able to drown out some incredibly loud building construction without blowing my ear drums apart. My husband and I both bought a pair. I love the touch to talk feature that lowers the noise cancelling so you can talk to your partner, then just go back to listening to music, or watching tv. I have to check sometimes to see if construction is really still happening because it gets that tuned out.

Multiple devices connection and no latency. The improved noise cancellation is a little bit more effective on higher frequency. I really love the memory foam and the right pressure of the head band. Too high, uncomfortable; too low, ineffective noise cancellation. Something I need to say: it does get hot and uncomfortable after 1 hour, but this is the satisfaction you have to take for good seal and noise cancellation. Recommend this to people who haven’t bought 1000xm3.

To be honest, I'm not sure what the big deal is about them. Yes, sound is clearer and Noise Cancelling is better than the XB900. If you compare the Noise Cancelling to the Airpod Pros, they aren't near as good as Airpods Pros. The bass is there, but not as full or deep as it was on the XB900. In conclusion, if you'd like headphones with clear sound and above average bass, you can't go wrong with these. But if you are hoping they have a deep bass punch, I recommend looking somewhere else. Personally, I will be going back to the XB900.

Great for Music, not so great for meetings

Excellent sound quality that allows me to hear sounds I’ve never heard before in music, it truly allows you to enjoy the music and makes it almkst feel like you’re there. However, when it comes to calls and meetings, the microphone picks up every single sound which can be a little frustrating.
