Pretty great but…

The only real issue is that feature is very sensitive to the point that even when I laugh it goes off. The feature can be turned off so its not an issue for the future so other than that I can recommend these headphones.

If Speak-to-Chat is enabled beforehand, the Speak-to-Chat mode starts automatically when you talk to someone. The headset pauses or mutes the music which is being played and captures the voice of the person you are conversing with on the microphone to make it easier to hear. Sounds great, my flaws with it

Biggest issues it is pretty big not great for small heads. When going to the gym, need to wear an hat to fit without falling off. And it doesn’t have great communication if trying to use it as a headset for a computer. Or at least mine, I’ve got a Lenovo think pad.

Sony 1000XM4 Headphones

They recommend a company in New York. Unfortunately, one of the pairs had broke above one of the ear cups. I keep getting this product because it is the best Noise Canceling on the market. I wish Sony, for the amount they charge, do a better job of service
