    These are really good headphones, but I like the second version more. These are lighter and sound better. The battery is nowhere near as good as the second version. These last two work days and end up with less than twenty percent battery left over. Version two would last at least three full days. These also squeak on my glasses when I turn my head. I can hear it even when I’m playing music loudly. The control pad doesn’t seem to track gestures as good as the second version.

    Excellent quality sound, insane noise cancelling and functions. Downside deals with the DLC stuff through the app, would be nice if it just came with the expense of the headphones.

    sound quality and nose cancellation work really good together, one complaint is it feels loose on me and with the xm5’s they feel even more loose but other than that i have no problems with them.

We are so sorry if these headphones didn't fit you well. The WH-1000XM4 has a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. For the best method to fit the headphones, please refer to the following:
      • Check the left and right units of the headset.
      - There is a tactile dot on the (left) mark side.
      • Extend the slider to its full length before putting on the headset.
      • Put on the headset with the earpads fitting snugly over your ears.
      • Adjust the slider to a length where the headband touches the top of your head.
      • Adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that the earpads fit snugly all around your ears.
      • If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.

    Sound and microphone is better than AirPods Max. Cheaper too. But the ear pods are just not for me since I sweat a lot.

    I really like the Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones at this moment, they notch the Bose or at least tie it. Bose have been my favorite headphones for many years but now I have decided Sony at least for now. The larger ear cups cover the ears comfortable, the strong base is strong a tight but not abusive strong, easy Sony app available for the phone. If Sony keeps it up, they would be top on my list for some time.

    With the new features on these bad boys there’s no need to look anywhere else for noise cancelling. Compared with beautiful sound these can’t be beaten at this price. My best feature of these are the Adaptive sound control. Living in the city I have to use public transportation so the noise cancelling kicks in automatically when it knows I’m moving at certain speeds. Then shuts off when stopped. Perfect!

    I decided to purcahse these headphones after my other sony headphones I have had for three years broke. These work amazing for noise canceling and the sound is quailty is pretty good. The only thing is they are pretty expensive however I feel like they will last me a long time. Overall a great purchase that I'm enjoying.

    These sound good to me - they sound even better without the noise cancelling software enabled. Have used mostly via 3.5mm headphone connector. The bluetooth works fine, but the Sony Android app kind of sucks.
