Fit Is Too Tight And App Is Awful - Try Them On

When working properly the sound is great, the microphone also works well. The problem is when I get on an online meeting these disconnect and reconnect and do all kinds of weird things. The app does fix some problems, but I often have to reconnect to my phone and then reset junk in the app then reconnect to my PC. The headphones fit entirely too tightly on my head, and I end up with headaches from it. They also feel cheap and flimsy, and I feel like they're going to break at any moment. I wish I could go back to exchange them for something different. These are by far the worst Sony products I've owned.

However this model has serious connectivity issues. It does not automatically connect to your paired Bluetooth device (at least my headphone) and you need to reset the headphone every time before connecting which is pain. Quite disappointed but I am sure Sony will fix it in future.

-Make sure to check the Sony | Sound Connect app for any available firmware updates.
-Go into your device’s Bluetooth settings and "Forget" the headphones. Then, do the same on any other devices they might be paired to.
-Try a initialization. Find detailed instructions here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP0002752746.html
