The extra bass boost is also great for ear. However, the Nosie cancelling feature is not as good as advertised. I believe Bose NC 700 noise cancelling level of 10 is better than this. I already compared this in NYC subway. Bose noise cancelling is way better. However, you can choose sound options on SONY through app.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that the noise canceling function is not living up to your expectations. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.
The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient.

Only thing I hate is having to wear a diaper. The headphones are very beautiful like that girl who looked at my yesterday at Best Buy. I think she likes me. Mine have the reverse noise cancelling. We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when switching between two audio sources using the multipoint function. When using a multipoint connection, we recommend to download the Sony Sound Connect app on one of the devices and make sure it has the latest update. Check with the Sony Sound Connect app that the setting of [Connect to 2 devices simultaneously] is on. (Confirm that both devices are connected in the Device Currently Being Connected section of the app)
• Multipoint connection works with only two devices at a time.
- A third device can be connected through Bluetooth, however, the Bluetooth connection with the last device that played music will stay connected and the second device will be disconnected in order for the third device to establish the Bluetooth connection with the headphones.
• If you want to play music from the other device, stop playback on the device that is playing the music, and start playback by operating the other device.
Even if you start playback by operating the second device while playing music on the first device, the music from the first device will continue to be heard via the headset. In this state, if you stop playback on the first device, you can listen to music from the second device via the headset.
