She won't take them OFF! LOL She states that they are very versatile. The only draw back (which really doesn't concern her because she doesnt wear them outside) is that isnt not water proof....other than that 5 STARS!

She loves everything about it. I researched the XM4 vs the XM5 and went with the 4 because there were plenty of features and she (and I) actually prefer the shape and headband to that of the 5.

It lost another star because the case made me shrink down the headphones every time I wanted to put them away and it got annoying fast. Also the app didn't work without data so that i just junk. The above facts made me feel like they just don't care about their customers so i returned them. That said the sound was good and the noise canceling is the best around.
