Better than AirPods Max

My biggest complaint with the Max is that, though they sound amazing and work beautifully within the ecosystem, they hurt my ears and do not stay in place. These headphones are sooo incredibly comfortable and LIGHT!! The ANC is wonderful and the quick charging is nutty, 50% to 100% in under 15 minutes… no words. My one complaint is that these are unusable while charging, but that charging speed more than makes up for it. If you’re on the fence, come over to the other side. And this is coming from someone miles deep within the Apple ecosystem. 11/10 so far!!

Choosing these headphones will definitely be worth it. We're truly glad you're enjoying all the improvements we made on these headphones, especially the exceptional comfort, amazing noise canceling feature, and superb sound quality. Unfortunately, using the headphones while charging is not supported. When the headset is connected to an AC outlet or computer, all operations such as turning on the headset, registering or connecting to Bluetooth devices, and music playback cannot be performed.
The WH-1000XM5 headphones keep you going with up to 30 hours of battery life plus you can get 3 hours worth of charge after just 3 minutes with an optional USB-PD compatible AC adapter (not supplied). The new lightweight WH-1000XM5 headphones provide all day comfort in an elegant design. The WH-1000XM5 headphones have 2 processors that control 8 microphones for unprecedented noise cancellation and exceptional call quality. Flawed construction

I wore them daily, they charged ultra fast, their sound quality was fantastic, and their noise cancellation was perfect for what I needed. *BUT* their shoddy cheap construction didn't make it halfway into the warranty period. Extremely disappointing. Do not buy these.

He was holding back from buying them so I went ahead and bought them instead for his birthday before he could do so himself. He had an old pair of raggedy & dirty Bluetooth headphones that had to have a cable connected so they could still work. Let’s just say the quality, the design and just the overall whole concept of these headphones was everything he wanted. I’m so happy with this purchase. Looking forward to buying myself a pair now too.

Still tweaking a bit to find the right way to wear it for long periods of time while remaining comfortable. The noise cancelation seems pretty solid. Having to use the phone app for several features is the biggest flaw, but maybe one it shares with similar products.
