Great Noise cancelling and durable headphone

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just loved this headphone from Sony, although it is a little bit long in the tooth, it sounds great but it is a step lower than my new Sony-WH-1000XM5, the 1000XM4 is a much better when I'm traveling because it is foldable. It is also durable. My only minor complain is the touch sensitive right side, sometimes it's not that 100% consistent. I still recommend it since the price is dropping quicking. It is the best value headphone.

Great value for great headphones

They are light on the head and can be worn for hours without getting an ear ache from the pressure. The touch controls are easy to use and best trying to find a small button on the side. Battery life is no worry. I can use these for multiple days with noise cancelling on and have no worry that they will need charging while I’m listening. The sound is exceptional and the drivers can handle the lowest of notes to the highest. Noise canceling mode offers very little noise bleed although it also depends on the volume you’re listening to music on. Transparency mode works well too.

Ditch Airpods, these are worth the money!

I used to have Airpods which was convenient, but was hurting my ears at some point. I gave these headphones a try and the bass and sound is waaay better! Its esthetically pleasing. Simple design. I find it great that you can customize the controls and sound to whatever you like on the app AND the fact that you can turn off the noise cancelling real quick to talk to someone, just by covering the right side of the headphones... this is nice and convenient! I hate going back and forth with pausing my music, so I love that feature.

I had the XM4 for a brief moment. These feel much lighter. Some may even say they feel cheap but they manage to still feel premium to me. But because they are so light, they almost feel fragile. The noise cancellation is great, best in the industry. I do miss the variable noise canceling of the XM4 instead of just on or off on the XM5. Very comfortable for me. Very light on the head and room for my ears. When reading reviews, remember sound is subjective as well is fit and finish. Try them for yourself.

Wow Wow Wow what a difference

They accidentally got washed. I thought the Bose were pretty good until then. I then just did a little research and ended up buying these Sony's. What a difference. Night and day in every aspect better than the Bose
