They are really very robust too. I have an issue of insomnia and have to sleep with these on and surprisingly they are very solid yet flexible.

However I had some issues with talking to someone on the phone with them. I have people tell me they can’t hear me.

We strongly recommend following the steps below to help resolve this:
1. Verify Audio Settings:
For Android Devices: During a call, tap the speaker or Bluetooth icon and select "WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free."
For iOS Devices: During a call, tap the audio icon and select "WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free."
For Computers: During a call, right-click the speaker icon on the taskbar, open sound settings, and select "Headset (WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free)" from the output dropdown list.
2. Firmware Update to Version 2.4.1:

3. Reset the Headset:

Go ahead and buy it! I cross shopped it against its Bose and Apple counterparts, It's definitely the winner due to its form, sound quality and weight. These headphones sound so much better to me. I have only been listening to them for a little more than an hour, but so far i am happy with the purchase. My only negative is that the case they come in is pretty large. I have not used it for more than an hour, so i cant yet rate the battery.
