I bought these because I have severe insomnia due to Lyme disease. I use these to fall back asleep while listening to binaural beats or the Abide app. I fall asleep with them on all the time. I have never owned expensive headphones but these are extremely comfortable. They also silence my husband’s snoring.

Got the grey ones, they did not get dirty. The case is made of recycled materials that can easily get dirty but it is easy to clean. Overall great product. Use them everyday at work and on the train on the way to uni.

These blow them away. The noise reduction is awesome. I can mow my lawn and never hear the mower running. Also while using it talking on my phone it does fantastic! Great investment for headphones.

Swipe controls on the right are helpful and take some getting used to. Be careful adjusting your headsets, as you may inadvertently activate a swipe on the right side.

For low sound level, please try the following steps below:
Turn up the volume of the headset and the connected device.
Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
Note: Depending on the connected device, the volume of the device and the headset may or may not be synced. If the volume on a device is not synced to the volume on the headset, it will not be possible to use the device to turn up the volume on the headset once the volume is turned down on the headset. In that case, turn up the volume of both the headset and the connected device.

I had the M4 for a while and got water into them so they stopped working. Then I got the Beats Studio 3 I must tell you, those are nothing compared to the Sonys. Amazing noise canceling as always and call quality is better by far from the XM4s. Unfortunately they did away with the voice prompts, instead opting for a series of different tones that I really don’t like. It isn’t enough for them to lose a star but it is annoying nonetheless.

I have turned that function off but its not registering. For music or other audio its great.
