The touch controls are amazing and you put your hand on top of the right ear cup and it lowers the volume and noise cancelling so you can talk without removing them. Top quality headphones but tiny inconveniences

The 2 things that bothered me was when the noise cancelling was on it would feel weird when not playing anything. The second thing was the charging cable being way too small. But overall these headphones are really good.

These lightweight headphones are beautifully finished in newly developed soft fit leather. This material fits snugly around the head with less pressure on the ears while keeping out external sounds. Our noiseless design with stepless slider, seamless swivel and hanger, and silent joints, makes WH-1000XM5 a pleasure to wear.
