They feel very cheap and are very creaky on the head. Also, the wear sensor doesn’t work consistently. It didn’t work when I first used them and I had to reset them to get it to work but after wearing them for an extended period, it stopped working again. Also, as an iPhone user not all features are available for my use. Sony failed on this one.

Turn down the volume of the connected device if it is too loud.
When playing music, if the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device.
Some devices that emit ultrasonic sound waves designed to repel rodents may occasionally be installed at the entrances of commercial facilities or subway stations. Near such devices, the ultrasonic sound waves may cause noise or unusual sound to be heard from the headset. Leave the place where the noise or unusual sound is heard. Or turn off the noise canceling function/Ambient Sound Mode from the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.
When using a video calling application on a computer, switch the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP with the computer.
During a video call, sound quality may become low due to the conditions of the communication line.
If the headset connects to the previously connected Bluetooth device, the headset may only establish the HFP/HSP Bluetooth connection when it is turned on. Use the connected device to connect via an A2DP Bluetooth connection.

Not worth it, Broke after 4 months of use

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these headphones in November 2025 and after only 4 months the hinge broke completely on its own while I was wearing them.No dropping, no impact, no misuse whatsoever. The plastic at the pivot joint just gave out and a large chunk broke off, making them completely unusable. Also, the difference in sound quality compared to the XM4 is practically imperceptible in everyday use. On top of that, the XM4 actually has better active noise cancellation. If you're considering these headphones, my recommendation is to go with the XM4 instead, they're more durable, have better ANC, and the price difference is not justified by any real improvement in the experience.
