The sound quality is amazing. There are button options to make it where you can pause, skip and fast forward in such easy and convenient ways. The customer service was awesome and staff was helpful in helping me decide when model to purchase

Best headphones available, but not too durable

Do not sleep with these headphones on, or you're asking for trouble. Otherwise, they are absolutely amazing. They're a huge upgrade from the XM3 and even XM4.

It is not recommended to wear over-ear headphones like the WH-1000XM5 while sleeping due to potential discomfort and the risk of damaging the headphones or causing harm to your ears. A broken headband is physical damage not covered by the warranty.
