We strongly recommend following the steps below to help resolve this:

1. Verify Audio Settings:

For Android Devices: During a call, tap the speaker or Bluetooth icon and select "WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free."

For iOS Devices: During a call, tap the audio icon and select "WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free."

For Computers: During a call, right-click the speaker icon on the taskbar, open sound settings, and select "Headset (WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free)" from the output dropdown list.

2. Firmware Update to Version 2.4.1:

3. Reset the Headset:

4. Initialize (Factory Reset):

It is not recommended to wear over-ear headphones like the WH-1000XM5 while sleeping due to potential discomfort and the risk of damaging the headphones or causing harm to your ears. A broken headband is physical damage not covered by the warranty.
