I like the look and feel of these better. Was worth sacrificing some of the apple features. I use these for teams calls, listening to music and while traveling. The noise canceling is top tier.

These are the best headphones I've ever owned. I use them 24-7, from the office to the gym and around the house. They've fallen off my head and hit the ground numerous times. Worth every penny

The sound quality is also great.

I got these and the Airpod Max to A/B and compare to decide what I want to go with. First the good: They are easy to connect and can connect to two devices. I like that. These are very light, very comfortable and easy to use. The noise canceling is top tier. But that's where the goodness ends. These are one of the worst sounding headphone for the money that I have ever put on my head. I was shocked. The older model (XM4) actually sound much better. The way these compress the sound, kill the midrange....its actually inexcusable. I tried to like these. I really did. I fly a lot. And most of my flights are 6 hours or more. So I wanted great sound, noise canceling and comfort. I couldnt handle listening to music, or movies, with these headphones. I can't....NOT recommend these enough. Unless you don't care about sound quality and are more into comfort and noise canceling. I still have my airpod max headphones. They are not very comfortable. But I will deal with that to have the better sound quality and much better noise canceling than my old Bose QC45's.

For sound related concerns, please try the following:
Turn down the volume of the playback device if it is too loud.
When playing music, if the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device.
Some devices that emit ultrasonic sound waves designed to repel rodents may occasionally be installed at the entrances of commercial facilities or subway stations. Near such devices, the ultrasonic sound waves may cause noise or unusual sound to be heard from the headset. Leave the place where the noise or unusual sound is heard. Or turn off the noise canceling function/Ambient Sound Mode from the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.
Please also ensure the software is updated.

Fantastic but uncomfortable

Unfortunately, they get uncomfortable after about ten minutes of use. Sony didn’t add nearly enough padding to the headband so it feels like my head is right against the plastic. I’ve seen some reviews about this, but most don’t mention it, so maybe its not much of an issue for everyone.

Ensuring the correct fit can significantly improve comfort. Here are some tips on how to wear the headphones correctly:
Check the Left and Right Indicators: Make sure you are wearing the headphones with the correct orientation. The left and right sides are marked on each slider, with a tactile dot on the left side.
Adjust the Sliders: Extend the sliders and position the earpads to cover your ears completely. Adjust the sliders so that the headband touches the top of your head softly.
Ensure Proper Fit: Make sure the earpad cushions do not bump against your ears and that the headband fits snugly but comfortably on the top of your head.

The sound quality on these are amazing and all the cool little features like the right cup is your controls you place your hand over it and it pauses the song and your able to hear whoever is talking to you. Nosie cancellation is the best on the market. You can connet 2 devices and which from which you want to hear from. The only downfall is that your ears get pretty hot when wearing them
