Great headphone if you don’t have a small head

Bluetooth connectivity is also really good, but the fit is slightly lose on my small head, so probably not a good choice for people with small heads cause it slips off especially during workouts

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Ensure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection”.
Remove any obstacles between the iPhone and headphones.
If you are enjoying music with your smartphone, the situation may be improved by closing unnecessary apps or restarting your smartphone. If you are enjoying music with your computer, close unnecessary applications or windows and restart the computer.
Connect the headset and the Bluetooth device once again.
Turning off [Service Link] on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app may reduce the amount of audio dropout.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

Only complaint is the product turns off randomly almost every time I use them. The battery is one of the biggest perks. I typically use them every other day and charge about once a week.

If the headset is turned off automatically, please try the following:
When you wear the headset over a cap, cloth, a scarf, hair, etc., wearing detection may not work properly. The automatic power off function may trigger and the headset may be turned off automatically. Wear the headset so that your ears are inside the earpads.
When the automatic power off function is set to [Do not turn off] on the [System] tab of the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, wearing detection will continue to work and the symptom may be improved.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.

I actually didn’t think I could love headphones so much. I did a bunch of research on different types of headphones, sound quality, durability, etc. and these consistently popped up.
