At the same time, we truly apologize for the frustration caused by the broken hinge.
Just to let you know this type of damage is not considered a result of normal wear and tear so, unfortunately it is not covered under the terms of warranty.

I have had other wireless Bose models and I like these Sony's better. Its not tight out of the box (Bose 700) and squeezing my head. The headphones sound great and filled with a ton of features.

Comfortable and great noise cancellation

Sound quality is great as ever, mic quality seems good according to co workers. I miss the folding aspect of the old style but don't have much of a commute so it's not a deal breaker. Wish there was some voice signal for switching between paired devices like my Bose earbuds, but it's not a huge deal.

Great headphones for music and gaming

I can listen to music and answer calls through Bluetooth. Lastly, these are great headphones to use with a PS5. You have to use the aux cord to connect to the PS5 controller. Afterwards, you can hear the game and talk to friends in party chat. Great Purchase!

These absolutely crush both of those headsets. They arent as good as my Sennheiser 600S but these have the best noise cancellation of the three compared headsets.
