Regarding the volume, we recommend checking the Sony | Sound Connect app to ensure the "Volume Lightning" or "Safety Volume Control" settings aren't limiting your output. While these headphones are not water-resistant, we advise keeping them dry to protect the high-precision acoustic components and ensure they last for years to come.
