We are sorry to hear that the sound profile and noise canceling of your WH-1000XM5 headphones didn't live up to your expectations. For a more balanced sound, we recommend using the "Custom" EQ settings in the Sony | Headphones Connect app to reduce the Clear Bass levels. Additionally, ensuring a tight seal and running the ANC Optimizer in the app can significantly improve the noise-canceling performance.
