Sales person told us just go to cashier, tell what we want and they will get for us. Everything went very quickly. We were in and out and didn’t even get a hamburger, lol

Great Cans, Minor Inconveniences

This is an overall great headset with only two minor problems. One, if you wear glasses with these you will experience sound leakage, and two, after wearing these for three hours or more with glasses, your ears may start to hurt. At least, mine did. If it weren’t for those two issues, I would have rated it five stars.

A little disappointed….

I had previous pairs and never complained but maybe these were defective but the music coming out was A1 but the noise cancellation was a big NO.

You can toggle between noise canceling and letting the ambient noises, simply use the button on the side of the headphones. You also have the ability to fully control the noise canceling and ambient noise feature within the Sony Headphones Connect App. Please ensure you have downloaded from the app store.

Warranty feels weak.
