You can also connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again to further isolate the issue. You can also customize your listening experience by adjusting the Equalizer setting using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.
Despite your concern, it's good to know that you still like your Sony headphones. With our WH-1000XM5 headphones, you can enjoy magnificent sound quality which is engineered to perfection and have a battery life that can last up to 30 hours with quick charging (3 min charge for 3 hours of playback). Great sound, but ears get a little warm

One caveat with these over the ears is that they can heat up your ears. I can last for an hour or so. Also, not good for the plane, the prior model is better, folds up better. Pretty pricey as well.
