I mainly use them for studying which is perfect, I can block out any noise if I need to or change the settings to allow for ambient noise if I'm studying with friends.

1- Set the "automatic power off function" to [Do not turn off] on the [system] tab of the Sony Sound Connect app.
2-Make sure the battery is always fully charged
3- Update the software
4- Wear the headset so that your ears are fully inside the earpads so that the wearing detection works properly.
