We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry if you are having an issue with the volume of your headphones. Please make sure to turn up the volume of your headphones and the connected device. You can also connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again to further isolate the issue. You can also customize your listening experience by adjusting the Equalizer setting using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.

Despite your concern, it's good to know that you still like your Sony headphones. With our WH-1000XM5 headphones, you can enjoy magnificent sound quality which is engineered to perfection and have a battery life that can last up to 30 hours with quick charging (3 min charge for 3 hours of playback).
