Pretty good headphones.

My.only complaint is thay they feel a little flimsy. But the music quality is so nice and makes uo for it. But for the flimsiness, i would expect a little better price

The sound quality is incredible and headphones are incredibly durable. I love the off white color and modern style as well. Also, headphones usually hurt my ears after wearing them for so long but these are extremely comfy!

Amazing Quality and Best Noise Cancellation

First, starting off with the app. The app is super easy to use and makes adjusting audio and fine tuning the noise cancellation super easy. Moving onto the actual headphones, the sound quality the superb. There were notes and sounds I was unable to hear in my other pair of headphones and they do an amazing job at adjusting to your music tastes. Finally, the noise cancellation. I go skating a lot and find the area very noisey. I can barely hear anything with them on and the ambient noise mode makes it easy to talk to people or be aware of my surroundings if needed. Overall, 10/10 and I recommend these especially for the price.

Best for guys with a larger head, sound is okay

However, there not great. At the price I expected better sounding. But they fit my head which is the most important issue for me. I tried the top 4 in this class of headphones. It cancels out the noise well. But the music does not sound that great.

We can isolate this issue by playing several different music and use different sources. When playing music, if the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device. Despite your concern, it's good to hear that you still like them, especially the noise canceling feature. With our WH-1000XM5 headphones, you can enjoy magnificent sound quality which is engineered to perfection and have a battery life that can last up to 30 hours with quick charging (3 min charge for 3 hours of playback). With 8 total microphones, these headphones are our biggest step forward in noise canceling technology. For everyday convenience, just Speak-to-Chat and Quick Attention mode stop your music and let in ambient sound.

Sound is great, noise canceling is great, and I could easily wear them all day

Def recommend. You'll have to get used to the settings first as they might be a bit difficult to adjust to your liking. Battery life is good too. Only con is it's not wster proof but i can manage with that.

Great headphones! If you aren’t near an antenna

Super lightweight, great noise cancellation, and solid price for what you get. Unfortunately, my job is near an antenna and due to this, I am picking up a rock radio station. I believe this may be due to lower quality components in the headphones which is disappointing. I can turn in my office chair and the clarity adjusts from the radio station. It really is disappointing because I purchased these headphones because I heard such positive reviews about the noise cancellation. I can’t listen to music or block out noise without hearing,” Every rose has its thorn” in my right ear. I’m sure anyone who is not working or living by an antenna can benefit from these great headphones. However, due to (assumingely) lower quality parts and the inability to even use the features it’s meant to offer; I cannot recommend this product. Just to add, I have used other headphones from different brands and no issues similar to this. I have tried resetting it to factory and no changes.

If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient, please try the following:
Make sure the noise canceling function is turned on.
Adjust the headset into a comfortable position.
The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
When the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app is turned on, the wearer's actions, like walking or running, are detected. The noise canceling function is automatically adjusted and the Ambient Sound Mode may be activated according to these actions.
To make the most of the noise canceling function, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it.

Almost perfect, but needs a few tweaks.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked the headset, but had a few issues that caused me to ultimately return them. 1) Not having detailed control of the ANC would sometimes cause an issue where I could feel it rapidly switching between levels. 2)) There is no way to mute a phone call that I could find on the headset. This has been a complaint on every version of this headset and seems like it will never be addressed. 3) For some reason, the microphone array would think that my voice was background noise occasionally and would attempt to remove parts of it from the conversation. If you don't experience these issues, or feel that they aren't deal breakers, the headset is great. The Google Assistant integration was nice, allowing me to do so many things on my phone with the headset. The noise canceling, when working correctly, was amazingly good for both listening to audio and removing background noise when making calls. I really do wish they had worked out and hope that maybe the next version will add the improvements needed to make it perfect for me.

The sound quality is superb and better then anything I've used in the past in comparison. The only issues I've had is with connectivity and sound quality dipping noticeably with weird artificial noise that isn't present all the time.
