Plus they're $50 more? Nope. Bought these hoping they would replace my M3's, but they just aren't it. If NFC doesn't matter to you (which I can assume it doesn't for most) and you don't already have the M3's or M4's, these will probably be a good buy. Still, you'd probably be better off getting the M4's, the M5's are only okay.

Despite your concern, it's nice to know that you still like them, especially the noise canceling feature. With our WH-1000XM5 headphones, you can enjoy magnificent sound quality which is engineered to perfection and have a battery life that can last up to 30 hours with quick charging (3 min charge for 3 hours of playback).
