Snapped after less than 2 years

These unfortunately lasted less than my XM3 and XM4 pairs. It feels like the prices continue to increase while the build quality decreases. Aside from breaking much sooner than they should've they had fantastic battery life and sound quality.

The bass while not as prevalent (to bass lovers), it is good for its audio clarity. Yes, you don’t get too much of a kick, but Sony more tweaked it for that Treble, Mid and all. The connectivity is great, and I genuinely loved them. Initially these were a trial to test because of curiosity, but ended up loving them.

Great Pair Of Headphones Better Than Apple

I use for classes, the gym, yoga, Pilates, and every one of my hobbies. The features of the touch pad on the side is very useful and fun to use but difficult to get the hang of, but once figured out it’s easy. An improvement over the XM4s

They have great battery life, I sometimes don’t use them for a months at a time and they still have battery from when I first charged them, super good headphones

Here are some steps you can try to improve the sound quality of your headphones:
Turn down the volume of the playback device if it is too loud.
When playing music, if the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device.
Ensure proper connection.
To ensure optimal listening experience, install the Sony Music Center app. There you will find all sorts of tools like an equalizer to fine-tune your speaker and maximize the audio to your liking.

Good sound, not so good housing

I love the sound they produce and the adaptive noise cancelling. I usually used then in transparency mode and would occasionally have to remove a earmuff if the person was speaking too softly. Unfortunately, I had to send them in to get repaired because the plastic housing broke. They were never dropped and essentially lived in the case when they weren't on my head. So I'm kind of at a loss as to how they broken. That being said, I have a sizable head (7 5/8 hat size) so maybe daily use did it. Either way I would reccomend these to a friend with a smaller head. I do wish they had some metal in the housing to make it a bit more durable.
