I have used these on several flights and they greatly reduce the notice from the plane and the sound is excellent. I don't find that the new non-foldable headphones are issues when packing in my carry on

They would be a 5 star if my pair hadn’t broken so easily. Sound quality, noise cancelling, and weight/comfort ratio are all top of the line in its respective market. THIS PRODUCT HAS CHANGED HER WHOLE WORK DAY, in the best way possible! If she has these on and I come home from work, she has no clue I am home. I can bang doors/drawers and she isn't bothered. I tried these on and it basically shut out the world. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!!!!

Great sound and I love the noise cancellation feature. However, I don’t recommend these if you’re running because they do tilt depending on your posture and personal speed as you jog/run but overall great to listen to music sitting down, studying, or just to play Roblox with but I don’t use the mic feature as I have my own mic but I use them to hear the in-game sound.

They were originally purchased to replace my older Bose headphones, which has a weak battery. But all I hear is the noise around me, and it won't sit well on my head. I had high expectations for the Sonys, but the noise cancellation feature is far from spectacular - especially at this price point. It's also a pain to connect with Bluetooth and takes more time to charge. Back to the Bose. I've learned my lesson. Never again.

We sincerely apologize that the WH-1000XM5 headphones have not met your expectations, particularly regarding their fit and performance during Teams calls. The issue of hearing excessive noise during calls is common when conferencing apps force the headphones into a lower-quality Bluetooth mode (HFP); we recommend manually checking your PC's sound settings to ensure the "Headset (WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free)" profile is selected before joining a call. Regarding the fit, ensure you gently adjust the headband sliders so the earcups achieve a complete seal around your ears, as this is crucial for optimal noise cancellation performance.
