I use these to sleep at night because of extremely noisey neighbors upstairs. I've regained my sanity! Also, the mic when speaking to someone over the phone really isolates your voice and they do not hear background noise. While walking outside, I had a conversation and the person on the other end could not hear the dogs barking (loudly) in the background. Definite improvement from the XM4 headphones. The only thing that I'm not crazy about is that they do not fold.

He was the best! You have people who care a lot for customers (like this guy and people who absolutely don't care like a guy who was attending the kitchen appliances that day, he was more interested in taking care of his phone messages than taking care of my questions.
