    [Employee of bestbuy] I felt an obligation to write a review of these headphones after sweating with them about 30-40 minutes. These Sony headphones were purchased as a replacement for the Airpods Max. I trust Sony headphones enough to try these, they borrow some of the features of the Airpods Max. The headphones borrow the tight fitting overhead noise cancellation fit of the aforementioned headphones. They’re snug, but unlike the Apple they make you perspire. They are sweaty after 30-40 minutes. The Apple never produces that in three years of ownership. The sound is good, what you would expect from Sony. The headphones similarly produce spatial sound like the Max. It’s necessary to download an app to make them work, which was okay on my personal phone, but when I tried to use them on my work phone it didn’t pair. I would rate these headphones 3 out of 5 stars, overall good affordable Sony product.

    Solid headphones. I’ve been a big fan of Sony noise canceling headphones for years. These are better than beats, Bose, and those ugly Apple ones. Well worth the money. Quality>hype.

    I really like the sound quality and noise cancellation of these headphones and recommend them to all of my friends. Sony really outdid themselves on the XM5s, the 4's were great, but this pair is next level.

    These noise canceling headphones do exactly what they are intended to do. He got these after wanting to purchase them for 6 months. He was extremely excited to wear these and I didn’t understand why. He is smiling more I’ve noticed especially when I talk to him about work of even more when it’s cleaning day for me. He seems very satisfied with his experience.

    Awesome features, I got it as a gift and they use them daily. It’s amazing when I FaceTime them, I don’t hear the noisy background, I even borrowed them for a trip and they were life savers during the flight, I’m thinking of repurchasing for myself. Definitely worth it.

    I've just had these for a few days. That being said I love them. Came from the MX3's and these are so much higher quality. No squeaks from the frame. Noise cancelling is much better thann the 3's and so is the over all sound quality. So far I love them.

    Lemme tell you. These are AMAZING! I’ve been coming from the lower end version of Sony headphones and these are night and day different! I was debating betweein the Airpod Max and the XM5s - this has an IP rating that Apple doesnt have which is well needed because my ears get damp and moisty a lot! Regardless, It’s super comfortable and amazing! Props to Sony for an amazing product!

    No complaints. Incredibly light. I own the XM2's and got this new model for my wife. Quite nicer than the old model.

    Bought these to use on plane rides. Has great sound and noise cancellation abilities. Sometimes the functions are hard to figure out. But I still love them. Kind of spendy though.
