Use the Sony | Sound Connect app to adjust the noise cancelling settings. Specifically, make sure that the Ambient Sound Control is properly set or fully deactivated if necessary.

Ensure there are no other devices causing interference with the Bluetooth signal. Moving to a different location may help identify if the issue is place-related.
