This is perfect for when you just want to be in your own world and hear nobody say anything when walking past a group of people. I love these headphones . Bought these for my kid (24 yr old). Said these are very good. Loves the over ear. Can wear them quite a while without listening fatigue. The mic quality is also fantastic - it’s super clear and noise cancels anything youre doing (washing dishes, crinkling paper, etc). The battery life is amazing, you probably will only need to charge once or twice a week. Can’t recommend these enough, its miles better than the XM3 i had.

I was disappointed to find that they are only slightly better than the Wyze headphones even though they four times the price. They are comfortable, sound great and offer good noise cancellation, but I would not buy them again when I can get 90% of the performance for 25% of the price.

I can wear these all day without any issues or my ears getting sore. Comfortable with glasses as well. ANC - I literally can't hear anyone or anything. I can sit down in a busy coffee shop and the xm5 will block out 95% of the background noise and with some low music playing you really can't hear much.

The touch controls are more responsive, the battery life longer, the noise cancelling outstanding... and the sound quality quite excellent. Definitely one of the best options out there, even compared to the much more expensive Apple AirPods Max.

But as far as comfort goes, I have to remove a star due to the headband. I find myself constantly readjusting the headphone because it hurts my head. I shouldn't have to do that with something that's meant to be worn for hours at a time.

I use this headset 4-7 hours a day on weekdays and 13 hours a day on weekends. Only have had to charge the headset up every four to six days. And the charge speed is incredible. Battery was at 10%, plugged it in went to get groceries, got back to a full charge. Lastly the range is insane. I was able to hear my discord chat the entire time i walked from my room to my car and thats at least a 600 foot distance.

New to noise cancellation

Construction is solid and I am pleased with both the sound quality and noise cancellation. Voices are clear during calls and they sound great listening to music or movies. Appreciate the protection the carrying case provides. The battery life is outstanding. I have only used them while flying but have amassed about 14 hours us use the battery is 58% Bluetooth connection has dropped twice during that time.

Amazing headphones for just about everything

I’ve been used to AirPods and gaming headsets and I cannot even express how much better the MX5’s are than anything I’ve used. The noise canceling was the most surprising, I expected it to dampen most things around me but it simply cuts out all sound. Road-trips, air travel, gym sounds, and construction zones’ sound pollution are completely removed from my life when I turn on the noise canceling. The mobile app is relatively confusion free and simple to set up. The custom EQ settings were great for finding my favorite audio experience for music. If you’re looking to use these as gaming headphones, I’d look elsewhere. While the sound is amazing, the latency is a bit too much for any sort of competitive games. However, I’ll use these for single player games to enjoy the atmosphere even more. Before I got these I read quite a few reviews about them not being good for gym usage, but I disagree. They cut out all sound and I can’t hear the gym’s music, treadmills running, or weights slamming (unless they’re my own). In terms of sweat damage, they dry off quickly and as long as you take care of them and clean them, it’ll just be fine. I sweat quite a bit and have noticed zero problems with anything during or after workout.
