It’s amazing when I FaceTime them, I don’t hear the noisy background, I even borrowed them for a trip and they were life savers during the flight, I’m thinking of repurchasing for myself. Definitely worth it.

Noise canceling is better than my 4 year old Bose QC2s. Ear cups fit me perfectly, but a bit toasty. The biggest downside is the head band. It's incredibly narrow so the weight is all focused on that narrow bit and after about an hour wearing them your head starts hurting. Otherwise great.

We also appreciate your honest thoughts about the noise canceling. To help maximize performance, we suggest checking the Sony | Sound Connect app.
In the app, you can confirm that Adaptive Sound Control is OFF (as it can sometimes switch to Ambient Sound mode) and that the Ambient Sound Control setting is clearly set to Noise Cancelling in the "Sound" tab.
