In the meantime, you can connect your headset to two devices simultaneously through a multipoint connection, allowing you to switch music playback between devices effortlessly without the need to reconnect via Bluetooth. This means you can enjoy music from one smartphone while remaining available for incoming calls on both devices, enabling you to answer calls as they come in.

Workout Headphones?

And the sound quality is superb. No question about it. Perfect for a casual listen. Now here comes the part with some cons with working out. Training for about a decade, i know the style of movements one should be training if that makes sense. So when you’re perform pullups or decompression hangs to stretch your back. Your arm MAY accidentally change songs by brushing the side of the headphones. Now the side sensitivity configuration can be disabled but it be beats the purpose of the headphones. Also, if you’re workouts or if you’re a sweaty person. Be advised that it can be slippery when they are over your ears. Love the headphones for is functioning (audio). Would this be a good workout headphones? Do some more research.

We're glad that you are enjoying the sound quality of the headphones. Your feedback about the touch controls and design is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).
The sensor of the touch sensor control panel is built into the flat surface of the right unit. Operate within the range of the sensor.
These headphones are not sweatproof nor waterproof. Touching the headset with sweaty hands, or using the headset in situations where the headset may get soaked in sweat may result in malfunction. They can still be used while doing light exercises.
For more serious workouts or if you sweat a lot, we suggest our headphones that are specifically designed for these tasks like the WF1000XM4.

These WH1000XM5's are simply a phenom! They perform as promised and allow me to get rid of the sound from the a/c unit in my rental home. Forget about the music, just LISTEN and you will fall in love this Sony headset.
