She also said they are comfortable and lightwieight. She almost never takes them off since getting them as a birthday gift.

Poor made comfortable and good sounding headphone

Need to install the app to turn it off for every device you connect Poorly made hinge. Sony has some problem with all their previous headphones where the hinges brake. And they dont want to do anything about it. $400 heaphone poor made hinges not covered in warranty. Not worthy to buy. Luckily I bought it from bestbuy with GeekSquad warranty. So happy that I bought it from bestbuy

top noise cancelling

However, the sound quality seems to be relatively poor compare to its same level product like the momentum 4 and B&W px7s2.

great sound, decent build

That said, the light construction is a byproduct of more plastic materials and the skimmer design has resulted in an inability to fold down the way it had. But the sound and the noise canceling continues to shine in this latest iteration of the WH series.

I use them for work, and occasionally at the gym. The only reason I did not rate them a 5/5 is because they are not waterproof.

Great Active Noise-Canceling.

I like the look and feel of these better. Was worth sacrificing some of the apple features. I use these for teams calls, listening to music and while traveling. The noise canceling is top tier.

Great sound, quality and color! The only thing I would say is not so great is that since are Bluetooth I need to charged them every 2-3 days

The ONE drawback... the XM4 could collapse into a smaller form factor for storage. These do not collapse the same way, but they sort of flatten... a bit.

Fold flat for easy storage (as opposed to folding inward to create a more compact but blocky shape). Superb noise cancelling.

Great quality product.

I enjoyed wearing them during intercontinental fligts and they proved to be very helpful. My only concern is after using them for 2 hours at 34-36F they lost connectivity with my phone couple of times and they shut down without reason. After powering them again, I checked their battery status and it was saying they are full. That is the only thing I found a bit strange, but it may make sense after 2 hours operating at low temps.

The sound quality is also great.
