Only a small adjustment on the cushion over the head would have to be wider I think they corrected it on the latest version, again this definitely also depends on the shape of the person's head its gone get some time of use but would work fine, other than that all is perfect. I would recommend it specially it been on sale for a lot less.

Hands down one of my favorite headphones.

My fiance absolutely hates them because of the noise canceling when I have them on and she has to get up and tap me on the shoulders to get my attention.

Best Headphones I've Owned

I listen to audio books, music, and make calls when I go for walks outside. The sound is fantastic the call quality is insane. The connectivity is crisp and I can set my phone in the middle of the house and listen and talk anywhere I go while doing house chores. The head pinch was a bit of a problem at first. Found that wearing a hat helped early on to add some padding. As the headphones wore in, the band has lost the pinch.

Cushion is better, look is modern, touchpad is more responsive and the noise drowning is a touch better. Like I said, the M4s are louder and bass-punch you harder but sound is superb as usual.

Durable headphones

However I had some issues with talking to someone on the phone with them. I have people tell me they can’t hear me.

We strongly recommend following the steps below to help resolve this:
1. Verify Audio Settings:
For Android Devices: During a call, tap the speaker or Bluetooth icon and select "WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free."
For iOS Devices: During a call, tap the audio icon and select "WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free."
For Computers: During a call, right-click the speaker icon on the taskbar, open sound settings, and select "Headset (WH-1000XM5 Hands-Free)" from the output dropdown list.
2. Firmware Update to Version 2.4.1:

3. Reset the Headset:
