Only complaint is the product turns off randomly almost every time I use them. The battery is one of the biggest perks. I typically use them every other day and charge about once a week.

If the headset is turned off automatically, please try the following:
When you wear the headset over a cap, cloth, a scarf, hair, etc., wearing detection may not work properly. The automatic power off function may trigger and the headset may be turned off automatically. Wear the headset so that your ears are inside the earpads.
When the automatic power off function is set to [Do not turn off] on the [System] tab of the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, wearing detection will continue to work and the symptom may be improved.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.

The headphone feels and sounds very good. When I first started using it, for the first week or so, I was getting very dizzy. Had to get used to it little by little, i.e. not using it when I'm outside walking, etc. Thankfully, I got used to it and don't get dizzy anymore. The switch between 2 devices could be faster. The app could also be better.

Dows not feel premium for the price point. Could have been better but the sound quality is something that makes up for it

LIFE SAVING for my noisy neighbors

These are the ONLY headphones that take away the noise. Literally life changing and worth every single penny I spent on them. My husband has the earbud version and has had the same experience.
