For Bluetooth connectivity:

- Please ensure your headphones are updated to the latest firmware using the Sony Headphones Connect App.

- In the app, you can also set the set the headset to “Priority on stable connection”, which can reduce the audio/Bluetooth dropouts.

- Try to avoid using the headphones in areas with heavy wireless interference, such as near microwave ovens, crowded trains, or when surrounded by multiple wireless communication audio devices.

For noise cancelling performance:

- Make sure the headphones are properly fitted and fully sealed over your ears—this makes a big difference in blocking outside sound.

- In the Sony Headphones Connect App, use the "Auto NC Optimizer" feature, which adjusts performance based on your environment and personal fit.

- Double-check that Adaptive Sound Control isn't automatically lowering noise cancelling in certain situations; you can manually set it to "Noise Canceling" using the app for maximum effect.

Additionally, updating and customizing the noise cancelling settings in the app can sometimes make a noticeable difference.

For the controls issue: Occasional touch control inaccuracy can be due to external factors like moisture, debris, or how the headphones are being touched. For the most accurate response, ensure the touch sensor area is clean and dry, and try using deliberate taps or swipes as shown in the user guide. If issues persist, restarting your headphones or resetting settings through the Headphones Connect app may improve responsiveness.

When you wear the headset, this function always automatically optimizes the noise canceling performance by analyzing the wearing condition of the headset according to the shape of your face and your hairstyle, or the presence or absence of glasses, and the pressure change in an airplane, etc.

There is no need for the wearer to press a button or use the touch sensor control panel to use this function.
