These are leaps and bounds better. Struggled with the decision to go with the newest version or save a few bucks and get the XM4. I don’t know if the XM5 is that much better but they are really great, especially for airplane travel.

They can run warm, but the quality is worth it. They do shut off if you take the headphones off and lay them down so you need to have a stand to hang them on or be prepared to scramble to put them on your head and engage the "on" button on if someone calls, all at once.

Really good just a bit pricy

My wife can get ahold of me anytime easily by just calling my cell phone which is connected to the headphones by bluetooth.

They are really very robust too. I have an issue of insomnia and have to sleep with these on and surprisingly they are very solid yet flexible.

You did awesome, but unfortunately I bought them for the gym and well I sweat heavy (I had to constantly wipe them down) Had to return. Some people may prefer the sound of the 4th gen more but I believe the 5th gen has a cleaner sound and is more accurate in audio presentation. ANC is amazing much better than the 4th gen (which I also have and is impressive as well).

Held up for over a year, good for everyday use

They seem a little delicate around the part where the headband attaches to the ear pieces, but he's used them daily for about a year now and they seem to have held up. He uses them for music, his phone, and work calls.
