Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had these for 5 months and by far have been the best headphones I’ve purchased considering the sound quality and comfort but the hinge on the right ear cuff snapped with little effort and cannot be repaired by Sony even though it’s still under warranty and a known issue. Buy at your own risk.

Sony's warranty policy does not cover physical damage, which includes issues with the hinge, even if it occurs under normal use. For my use case, which is plane travel, the lack of foldability and the HUGE rigid case makes it impossible to keep. Even though it is the best NC.

I love the feature to minimize the sound. Cons: Not great for workouts which is one reason for my purchase. The sound is great but the material that covers the ear gets clammy.

Then it stopped working. I didn't have protection . It was good while it last.
