Hi McLiv, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience with your WH1000XM5. While we're glad you appreciate the great sound quality this unit delivers, we regret to hear that you haven't had the best experience with the fit. We understand that the fit of the headphones is important, especially for people with smaller heads. We designed these headphones with an adjustable slider (left and right) to ensure comfortable fit for long period of time. The step-less slider, seamless swivel and hanger, and silent joints, make it a pleasure to wear, but we know that everyone's head is different.
