Not what I expected. XM4’s are Better!

From my experience with the past XM4’s, theses new headphones surprisingly lack the control of noise cancellation. A huge downgrade from the previous gen, not only that but they lack the portability of the previous gens. I will be returning the XM5’s and stick with the XM4’s. If you want a solid pair of headphones with portability and great noise cancellation, I’d say you are better off with the XM4’s. These headphones are way too expensive for what they offer.

The packaging and the holder was amazing. They use them at the gym, and at work when they need to lock in. They have ambient feature which is nice

Stopped connecting to my desktop.

They will connect to my smartphone but not to my 2 year old TV or my PC. I still have my XM3's which I went back to and they connected immediately. And may I add sounded better. So having bought them back in May I am well past the return window so I am stuck with a $400 paperweight which bevause of pther promotions I was paying off I haven'£t even started paying for uet. Obviously I am not a happy camper.
