Just be careful when doing pull ups, the touch controls can be set off due to your arm touching it also. Lol

Also, make sure the microphone openings are clean and free from dust, and that you’re using the headphones in a quieter environment when possible, as background noise can affect performance. Despite your concern, it's nice to know that you still like them, especially the noise canceling feature. With our WH-1000XM5 headphones, you can enjoy magnificent sound quality which is engineered to perfection and have a battery life that can last up to 30 hours with quick charging (3 min charge for 3 hours of playback).
