Got the grey ones, they did not get dirty. The case is made of recycled materials that can easily get dirty but it is easy to clean. Overall great product. Use them everyday at work and on the train on the way to uni.

Sales person told us just go to cashier, tell what we want and they will get for us. Everything went very quickly. We were in and out and didn’t even get a hamburger, lol

Poor Construction
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my set in july 2024. I am very careful with my audio gear. After 8 months, the right piece broke off. A little gorilla glue and it was reattached. 2 weeks later, the left unit broke off. Sony wont fix it and the Allstate extended warranty is impossible to communicate with. So, do I spend another $400 to replace them? Would you?

I purchased these I immediately regretted it. Made me miss the wh-1000xm3. For me the only good I can say is how light they feel. The worst part of my experience with these was listening gets paused so frequently.

Warranty feels weak.

Great Cans, Minor Inconveniences

This is an overall great headset with only two minor problems. One, if you wear glasses with these you will experience sound leakage, and two, after wearing these for three hours or more with glasses, your ears may start to hurt. At least, mine did. If it weren’t for those two issues, I would have rated it five stars.
