Has different customizable audio profiles but they feel a bit delicate and like they might brake if not handled with a lot of care.

Love the product but downgrade

Awkward headband

However, compared to XM3 and XM4 the head feels like cheap plastic. The ear cups and ice and comfortable but its difficult to look beyond the headband.

If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via Bluetooth connection. If this is the case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
If the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again. If the issue is still unresolved please consider contacting us to gather more details about the issue.
