Not for Me

Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your WH-1000XM5. We value your opinion and we would like to apologize if the unit did not meet your expectations. We regret to hear you're not having the best experience with these headphones and you find them uncomfortable during use. This is definitely not the experience we'd like to hear from you. Our WH-1000XM5 has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience.
Note: If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.
We regret to know that the unit had to be returned. We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase. Thank you for the feedback.

Also I have a large head and these were very loose. Returned and bought the xm4 and they are fantastic. If Sony considers the xm5 an upgrade they’re wrong. Only thing better on xm5 is the call quality.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited about these headphones because they were supposed to be great but I'm constantly being disconnected (I'm wired in), and the noise cancellation randomly turns off when I'm not even touching the headphones. The side of the headphones is the remote and it's too sensitive that even if my hair touches it will change some setting.
