If the noise cancelling seems weaker than expected, making sure the headphones fit securely and checking for firmware updates through the Sony | Headphones Connect app may help enhance performance. Additionally, updating and customizing the noise cancelling settings in the app can sometimes make a noticeable difference.

For the controls issue: Occasional touch control inaccuracy can be due to external factors like moisture, debris, or how the headphones are being touched. For the most accurate response, ensure the touch sensor area is clean and dry, and try using deliberate taps or swipes as shown in the user guide. If issues persist, restarting your headphones or resetting settings through the Headphones Connect app may improve responsiveness.
