They do not provide enough padding on top of the head. Also they hurt my ears because they don't have enough that in the ear pads.

Sound quality is great yet, device has so many issues, constantly disconnects from Bluetooth, features you don’t want on turn on. Everything besides the sound quality is terrible. I will never buy a pair of Sony headphones ever again, I truly wasted my money, sound quality doesn’t cover the rest of the issues these headphones have.
