It is not recommended to wear over-ear headphones like the WH-1000XM5 while sleeping due to potential discomfort and the risk of damaging the headphones or causing harm to your ears. A broken headband is physical damage not covered by the warranty.

However, we apologize that you're not completely satisfied with the sound stage for gaming with your headphones. We understand it can be frustrating when sounds in front and behind sound similar. We also appreciate your feedback on the bass and the app's functionality.

We do have a great Inzone H9 Gaming Headset that's specifically designed for gaming and spatial sound. We hope you'll give them a try!
