Thank you for the review and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Update the software of your headphones via Sony headphoens connect app. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

You can toggle between noise canceling and letting the ambient noises, simply use the button on the side of the headphones. You also have the ability to fully control the noise canceling and ambient noise feature within the Sony Headphones Connect App. Please ensure you have downloaded from the app store.
