Since I have owned them now for a few months, I would say they're worth it. The sound is awesome and the noise cancellation is among the best I've used. The best thing is how nice they are at totally blocking out the boss's voice, girlfriend when she's angry, and just anything that you don't feel like listening to. Get em. The Bluetooth distance is crazy.

He has a Sony noise canceling headphones now and he said these are better. He likes the ability to turn on/off the noise canceling when we are out to dinner.
